Persons appointed to this position will receive the privileges and benefits associated with regular employment status.Duties:In partnership with the Carver College of Medicine and under the direction of the Inpatient Clerkship Director /Associate Director, Subinternship Clerkship Director and Outpatient Clerkship Director for the Department of Internal Medicine, this position will actively serve as primary support and educational resource on medical student clerkship education rotations and transactions as related to students. This includes, but is not limited to scheduling, grade distributions, database management and compliance for LCME accreditation, and other duties as assigned.Education Required:A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience Required:6 months - 1 year related administrative experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point software applications, and databases.Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and high reliability.Desirable Qualifications:Some knowledge of internal educational platforms (ICON/CANVAS.
