FIBROMYALGIA FACULTY POSITIONRequisition # 69984Position BasicsType of PositionOTHERAdvertising Ends on:Extended Until Position is FilledAdvertising Started on:Monday, October 24th, 2016College:Carver College of MedicineDepartment:Internal MedicineSalarySalary:CommensuratePosition DetailsFull/Part Time Status:Full TimePosition Description:The Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a full time clinician in General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) or Anesthesia (Pain Medicine) at the rank of Associate (non-track), Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor on the clinical track. The candidate will focus on building an outpatient Fibromyalgia practice and serving as an educator to medical students, residents, fellows and colleagues (through continuing medical education). Clinical duties may include clinics and potentially inpatient consultation services at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
