Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction with others at all times.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCleans, scrapes, power washes, and preps propane and fuel storage tanks for paintingProperly preps work area for painting to prevent spray drift or over-sprayingApplies primer, paint, decals, and lettering to tanks according to instructions and proceduresProperly cleans work area and disposes of work materialsOTHER JOB FUNCTIONSDrives company vehicle to designated customer locationsReplenishes prepping and painting supplies as neededFollows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.Performs all other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSNormally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof with related work experience to demonstrate capabilities to perform maintenance work independently at customer sites.Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.Frequently required to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)Frequently exposed to working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measuresAbility and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
